Mother’s Day Fruit Basket Fundraiser

The deadline to order has now passed. Thank you to everyone who has purchased a basket!

Our 2^nd annual Mother’s Day Fruit Basket fundraiser is back! Proceeds will support REACH programs and services.

New this year, you will be able to buy a basket for a loved one, OR a mother in our community! This year, we are selling baskets for mothers using the services and supports at the Regina Transition House, YWCA and Sofia House. This act of kindness will help these mothers get the recognition they deserve – while enjoying a healthy basket of fruit!

Fruit baskets come in two sizes: $25 small (for individuals) and $45 large (for families).

Orders can be made for pick-up or free delivery on Saturday May 12, 2018. Order deadline was May 9, 2018.

Family Day Holiday

The REACH office will be closed, and the Mobile Store at the mâmawêyatitân centre will be cancelled on Monday February 19 for the Family Day Holiday. Regular hours and programming resumes on Tuesday, February 20th. Have a good long weekend!

Moxies Volunteers

Moxie's Regina restaurant employees joined our regular volunteers to pack the Holiday Family Basket on December 18, 2017. Over 250 Holiday baskets were packed and distributed - that's over 500 boxes in total!

Mosaic subsidized the Holiday Family Basket and special pricing was given by Lyle at Pratts Food Service.

SaskEnergy Volunteers

SaskEnergy Employees have been volunteering for the past few years to help with the Holiday Family Basket preparations. They prepared the bonus treats, other contents, and assembled hundreds of boxes! The Holiday Family Basket is much larger than our usual packs, which means more work. We could not have done it without them. Thank you SaskEnergy, for continuing to be generous with your time and effort!

United Way of Regina makes Big Crunch Possible

Thank you to the United Way of Regina. They made it possible for REACH distribute 1300 pounds of carrots for the Big Crunch. That is the most we've ever provided for the Big Crunch! This year over 5200 students and staff will participate in the Big Crunch. That is a lot of carrots!
