Have you lived anywhere else?
​I grew up in Morse, SK and lived in Saskatoon for several years. My great friendships in Regina and being closer to family brought me here.

What are three words that describe you?
Independent, methodical, and curious

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
I can frequently be found at the dog park or walking around the neighbourhood with my buddy Sturgill.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t be so hard on yourself.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Working alongside staff and volunteers that are very committed to providing a unique and needed service to our community.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
Tortellini. It can be a challenge to make properly and sometimes what’s inside is a mystery, but when you find the right recipe, it’s a great meal.

If we held an office talent show, what talent would you wow everyone with?
Firing up the karaoke machine to sing Ice Ice Baby.

What are three words that describe you?
Loyal, Sentimental, Intelligent

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
Hanging out with the husband and the dogs if not in the city, then at the lake. Working on whichever project I have on the go, whether it’s a new cross stitch or crochet pattern (I’ve been known to have at LEAST one or two on the go…if not 3 or 4!). In the fall/winter months you might catch me doing some baking, especially around the holidays.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Be the person your dog thinks you are.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Knowing that what we do at REACH makes a big impact in the lives of our customers.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
Macaroni! I’m just an ordinary, nothing fancy kinda gal!

If we held an office talent show, what talent would you wow everyone with?
I have been known to karaoke now and then. Would it wow anyone?  Well, maybe one way or another!

Have you lived anywhere else? What brought you back to Regina?
I have lived in both Calgary, Alberta and Estevan, Saskatchewan. What brought me back to Regina, was missing the sense of home I feel when I am here.

What are three words that describe you?
open-minded, quirky, and lighthearted.

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
When I am not at work, I can be found with my family; either creating, crafting or on an adventure.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
You don’t need to be hard, like others may say. Hard things break. Soft things never do. Be like grass. It gets stepped on and flattened but regains its shape again once the pressure passes. It is humble, accepting and soft. That’s what makes it strong.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job are the people I interact with. Whether they are R-store/convenience meal/good food box/family basket customers, volunteers, suppliers, my fellow employees, drivers, etc. every single person I interact with wants to help contribute to enable everyone have access to fresh, healthy, affordable food. That is both amazing and awesome, they make my every day.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
I would be most likely be conchiglie; familiar, a great way to spice up a family favorite or comfort recipe, and a good bet for baked dishes.

If we held an office talent show, what talent would you wow everyone with?
There is not a lot that I could spontaneously wow anyone with but I am pretty good at baking and crafting so I would most likely present something freshly baked or handmade.

Have you lived anywhere else? What brought you back to Regina?
I grew up in a small village Northwest of Regina but moved into the city with my boyfriend for work once I finished my bachelor’s degree. I suppose gas prices also brought me into Regina

What are three words that describe you?
dedicated, hilarious, humble

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
When I’m not at work you can catch me doing homework, at the studio dancing/teaching, playing softball, or wrestling with my dog, Echo

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“If you’re not uncomfortable, you’re not growing.”

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Knowing that I’m contributing to something bigger than myself and creating relationships with people who teach me new things and motivate me to be and do better every single day.

‘Zoodles’ because my life is a zoo and full of surprises

Providing service to people and knowing that I’m making a difference in their lives.

Elbow macaroni because I’m short, a little curvy, and sometimes I’m cheesy.

Have you lived anywhere else? What brought you back to Regina?
I was born and raised in Regina. I went to University in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec and then followed a girl to Winnipeg where I continued my studies. When the girl started a job outside of Regina, I came back. Eventually, I married the girl and we chose to raise our family here because it was affordable, has great parks and great community for family life.

What are three words that describe you?
empathetic, fun-loving and detail-oriented (some might say a bit anal?)

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
I can be found running, traveling and spending time with family

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Life is short, find joy in everything you do!

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Seeing our customers sharing their limited resources with their circle around them, their sense of community!

Radiatore – it is made for maximum absorption of sauce, as I am made to absorb as much from the world around me as possible.

Have you lived anywhere else? What brought you back to Regina?
I moved here with my family from Montreal when I was 6. I also moved to Vancouver for school and came back to Regina when I finished my program to finish my other degree.

What are three words that describe you?
sarcastic, passionate, creative (according to my mom)

When you’re not at work, what can you be found doing?
Running, teaching yoga and rescuing dogs.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“people won’t remember what you did or what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel”

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Getting to meet so many people and hear how much of a difference our programs make.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
I am an aggressive hand talker and I can only imagine that from a distance I resemble Olive Oyl when I get really into a story. So, I’m going to say spaghetti because of my noodly arms.

I can rap the entirety of Gangsta’s Paradise by Coolio.
