I have lived in both Calgary, Alberta and Estevan, Saskatchewan. What brought me back to Regina, was missing the sense of home I feel when I am here.

open-minded, quirky, and lighthearted.

When I am not at work, I can be found with my family; either creating, crafting or on an adventure.

You don’t need to be hard, like others may say. Hard things break. Soft things never do. Be like grass. It gets stepped on and flattened but regains its shape again once the pressure passes. It is humble, accepting and soft. That’s what makes it strong.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job are the people I interact with. Whether they are R-store/convenience meal/good food box/family basket customers, volunteers, suppliers, my fellow employees, drivers, etc. every single person I interact with wants to help contribute to enable everyone have access to fresh, healthy, affordable food. That is both amazing and awesome, they make my every day.

If you were a pasta shape, what shape would you be and why?
I would be most likely be conchiglie; familiar, a great way to spice up a family favorite or comfort recipe, and a good bet for baked dishes.

If we held an office talent show, what talent would you wow everyone with?
There is not a lot that I could spontaneously wow anyone with but I am pretty good at baking and crafting so I would most likely present something freshly baked or handmade.
